How do you feel about green tea being a way to help lose weight?
I don't like to believe in super foods or fat burners. I just wonder if, like eating breakfast for example, drinking green tea means a lesser weight?

I've heard it revs up the metabolism but I'm not sure. But I drink two or three cups a day and definitely noticed I don't retain as much water and also have more energy0
