Of all the "nutrient" groups on MFP, sugar is the only category I can't seem to stay under. Does anyone else have this issue?

OMG...Luke here. I specifically went to the posts to look for this topic. I am ALWAYS over on the sugar. I am staying to 1500 calories per day and I cannot seem to get my sugar down below the acceptable levels. I am exercising and things are going well, but that damn sugar.
I cannot even think about how much sugar I must have been eating before starting MFP.0 -
I don't even track that. or sodium. if you are eating right now, tracking calories and staying in-goal, you are just fine. assuming you don't have a medical reason that you need to be worried about sugar, don't.0
