Another one going with the couch to 5k.
3 weeks ago I couldn't even run to the letterbox and back. I'm now running for 3 minutes at a time and doing 2.12ks in 30 minutes. Doesn't sound like much now, but it's better than nothing!0 -
I've attemped running many times in the past and have always given up - I think because I never saw any progress. I think if you have a plan - like Couch 2 5 K you can actually see the results each week as you're watching the minutes you run go up and this is far more motivating. Even if you don't stick to a specific system already out there, try and stick in some targets and tick them off so you can gain motivation from your success.0

I am digging c25k as well. I am starting week 4. The progression is easy and gradual enough so that I notice gains and still find the runs enjoyable. There is also an iphone app.0
