HRM at the gym.

I know that some of the equipment at the gym can affect your HRM and therefor you will have an inaccurate reading, but how off is it? Should I just not bother with my HRM if at the gym? Darn technology interferences.

I say use it so at least you got an estimate. Then you can compare with what it gives you on site here.0

What sort of HRM do you have? Check on the website where you got it to see if it has a blocker for other equipment built into it.0
