My nutritionist told me to switch to WW pasta.....but I have noticed it has just as many, sometimes more carbs than regular....and being diabetic, it is the carbs that are the issue....has anyone else noticed this?

WW pasta is a complex carb (opposed to a simple carb). Complex carbs take longer to digest and affect your blood sugar less. They have a lower glycemic index.0

I don't have any WW pasta to compare but there are pastas made with other products like Quinoa/Corn/Rice. Maybe get info on all of them and ask your nutritionist about it. Although I tend to assume they would have a pretty good understanding of all your needs and concerns so they would have taken that into account when they suggested it.
Don't be afraid to call them and ask for clarification though! It's part of their job!0
