Maintaining Weight

Hi all I have a question about after you have met your goal weight. I am now at the maintaining stage of my weight loss however, I am incredibly nervous about gaining the weight back by eating my new caloric intake. When you reached this stage; did you take in the new recommended calories or did you take in just slightly more? I am concerned because the new figure is more than a 300 calorie increase a day.

    I went up a little at a time, 100 calories a week.
