  • I think you only need that much if you're an athlete. Regular folks only need about half that. I'm a 5'8" 220lb male and when I put in my stats for the app it told me I only needed 96g per day. And I have a hard time even doing that.

    The whole "You gotta eat more protein" thing is just a scam to sell more animal products. Don't worry about protein. If you eat a well rounded whole foods diet, you will get enough.
  • LOTS of greek yogurt, cottage cheese and whey protein!
