insanity?

so i just finished my first session of insanity annnndddd.... im alittle disappointed in myself because i couldn't fully perform the full workout tape (41 mins) i think i might of did 26 mins and just completely gave up afterwards. then i was wondering does it actually work.. like are the results significant? i see the before and after pictures of the people in insanity but none of them were obese or significantly overweight. if any one could help with some words of wisdom/experience it would be much appreciated thankss!

btw for logging insanity on MFP would it be under cardio?
