Q for those who're losing 2lbs/week-eating back cals?

I have a question for those who have been steadily loosing around 2lbs a week. Have you been eating all your exercise calories back?
I have my loss set to roughly 2lbs a week, which for me is around 1280 cals intake, when I do exercise it ups it by my 260 calories burned. I'm scared to eat those 260 back for fear of not losing my 2lbs/week.

When I was first losing, I was at 2-3lbs a week. I was eating 1200 calories and then exercising at LEAST 500 calories worth and NOT eating it back. I don't recommend that long term, but it worked for me to get started. I was on that calculation of needing to have a deficit of at least 500 a day in order to lose at least 1lb a week.0

Well thats good, I keep seeing people freak out and say it slows your metabolism and its freakin me out! If i'm gonna curb my greasy burrito habit I better be doing it for a good reason dammit! lol0

My Fitness Pal is set so that you always have a deficit. If you do not each back your exercise calories you are simply creating a bigger deficit.0

I've lost 47lbs in 21 weeks. I was eating between 1400 and 1700 a day on exercise days and sticking to what mfp set me on non exercise days.
I also weigh in on a saturday and then I pretty much have a free day that day, have a chinese/icecream or whatever. My saturdays are usually about 2000-2500 calories of food but i try to go swimming and get a good walk in to counteract the bigger amount of calories I have eaten.
It has been working for me so far. I had my deficit set to a pound and a half. I've just this week changed it to a pound a week deficit as my calories mfp had set me had droped down to 1300 and i was struggling on non exercise days.

I've been using MFP since Jan, mainly eating back all my exercise cals. Tracking my lose I seem to have lost a steady 2lb per week in average. I seem to lose a chunk then sit for a week or 2 then lose a chunk again, but seems to average out.
I am just getting to the point that I think I have broken some of my old habbits, but my biggest lesson is that I will be doing this tracking thing from now on. I might get to the point that I can trust myself to eat well for a weekend without, but I doubt it!0
