Wednesday's positive quote for thought & homework: HAHA! (yes I said homework) Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going. -Jim Ryan - I want all my buddies if you haven't already done so write and I mean write down what motivates you, WHY you are here. Remember it takes 30 days to make or break a habit. I would love to see 30 days in a row of postings from all of you! I saw that I just hit 10 days...so I have 20 plus to go. I will not stop at 20! I know all of us can do it! After you wrote down what motivates you, don't forget to post it, but tape it up around your most frequented spots at home/work! May the Sweat be Pouring from You!
