Hi! I just started on this website and i love it! Now just have to keep it up! But i would like to keep myself motivated and meet people who are in the same boat as me! I have been eating right and been going to the gym and taking workout classes morning and evenings. I have noticed a difference in my energy level! so love it! hehe! :happy: so sticking to my goal and hope that i loose the weight! good luck to everyone! take care!

    Thanks for the welcome! :flowerforyou: i love this site so far! especially the reality of the calories and decisions i have made with eating while using the food diary! but i keep logging everything i eat so i can see it in front of my face to make a better decision toms! well i wish you luck and take care! :happy:
