Hi! I'm pretty new too, today is my first day on the message boards.

I'm an actress/educator and recently quit my waitressing job and took a job with a TON of travel (usually 4 days out of a given week) which has just destroyed all exercise/food routines I had. Trying to get back on track and balance health with being out of town and working 10-12 hour shifts... aauuuugh. IMPOSSIBLE.
