so here we go!

Hey folks! where did the last ten years of my life go? At 23 I was lean, mean, a gym rat and a health nut. Now at 33 I'm the product of a divorce and a night shift position that has wrecked havoc on my lifestyle. At my largest point I was 330 back in 2010 I've "slimmed" down little since and have been holding right around 305 lbs depending on the day. I am pretty tall so most folks say I hold my wieght well(whatever that means)

I hope to fine inspirations thru you all and provide any motivation that I can. I've been working on the "New me" just over a week but today is first day to log and journal my activities. So far I love this app! Hopefully it will encourage me to hold myself more accountalble.
