Whats the best thing to eat when your out?

I've got a school reunion tonight, and its at a pub so a pretty unavoidable situation for a little bit of 'bad' food. I've copied and pasted the menu, but what would you say is the best thing to eat that won't dent my day too much? Thank you,

Rack of Ribs £12.49

    I would say either get the smoked paprika chicken breast and ask for an alternative to chips (or just don't eat them all), get the salmon fillet and ask for no butter on the potatoes, or get the black and blue; mushroom is pretty good for you.

    Agreed - get one of the chicken dishes - the chargrilled skewer or the paprika breast sound good.
    Ask for a baked potato instead of the chips and get salad with dressing on the side.

    I'd avoid the mixed grill, the burgers and the ribs unless you have lots of calories to spare!

    Most importantly, enjoy your night out and don't let "dieting" get in the way of a good catchup.
    Watch your drinks, I usually alternate plain soda water with an alcoholic drink - that way you are still drinking something fizzy and people don't bug you about drinking.
