That I gained 20 of the 52 pounds I originally lost last year. How could I let it happen again? It seems like its taking twice as long to re-lose this weight again. Has this ever happened to any of you?

Don't beat yourself up about it, it happens to most people. The most important thing is getting back into the right frame of mind and just getting on with it. Just remind yourself it is a glitch it could have been alot worse (you could have put it all or more back on). You did it before and you can definitely do it again. Good luck :flowerforyou:0

Yes, has happend to before as well and I do feel it alot harder to do it this time around. Don't let it get you down. You did it before you can do it again.0
