I have come back to the place where I got much help in the past. I am starting over once again but I guess I get kuddos for not giving up entirely!

    Welcome back.... I don't know how many times I've started and restarted this journey towards health. The important thing is that you don't give up. This MAY be the very last "start" you ever do...Think about that. Can you see yourself healthy and strong? You can do it. Add me as a friend if you wish...
