Hello everyone,

I was hoping we could have a general discussion about stress and it's effects on weight. I have noticed that when I am stressed about a particular subject I tend to hold onto my weight and the scale will not budge and inch. Then once I have come to terms or figured out what to do some of that weight I was holding on to 2-3 lbs will just drop off.

Does anyone have any knowledge about this, a story to share, comments? It's so interesting how the human mind and body works.

I also notice my will to eat good things diminishes and I have a hard time making good choices.

Stress hormones aren't good for staying or becoming slim.
