Whats everyone thoughts on these workouts? Are you getting results?

    I don't really do them anymore, but when I was working with my personal trainer, every friday was fat burn friday and we did plyo's.

    Do u remember the program you used todo? How long did u do them for? Did you think it helped in both fitness and in over all body toning?
  • It was a version of the 300 workout. I was working with a trainer for 4 months and she threw it in every 3rd week as a bonus workout. It kicked my *kitten* like its never been kicked before. Overall fitness and increased endurance were the results.
