Started stronglifts 5x5 today anyone else doing it?

Well after a couple months of getting use to being back at the gym and feeling more comfortable with my body and doing a lot of reading on weights, I started SL5x5 today. I am looking to see who else is doing and if anyone has advice to offer a newbie : ) I just did the bar today like was suggested.

    The most important thing is form.
    Not weight. Form.


    I'd also recommend reading Starting Strength. It goes into serious detail about a lot of the exercises.

    SL5x5 is derivative of Starting Strength, so there's a lot of info you can use.

    Hi, I started it a while back, and am really enjoying it. You'll soon make decent gains, and as said above - watch your form. If you're starting on the empty bar you should be able to monitor it perfectly.
