What this means is the body is regulating the sodium fine. You have to understand that in normal body physiology Na by nature will DRAW water simply because water follows sodium. Now, the body has many adaptions that will you to get rid of most extra sodium and water by natural means (like in the article).
We worry about sodium retention for people that have health conditions that distort normal body functions (Heart failure, renal disease, etc). If anything, you'd have to ingest pretty massive amounts of sodium to cause significant problems.
You should aim to stick with the ranges MFP sets as a ballpark.0
