Started working out June 1st and decided I would weigh-in every monday, and to my suprise Ive aleady lost 4lbs so Excited!!! I know for a fact logging in my food, watching portions and of course, helps me ALOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! bonus im breastfeeding!!!!

    Weight loss is mostly nutrition but working out does make a huge difference! On your health, on your body and also on the scales :wink:
