tendinitis?!

During a run last night my ankle was hurting quite a bit. This morning I thought I had broken it, it hurt so bad. My doc is figuring it for tendinitis. I would love to hear how others have worked through something like this without giving up working out at all. I am making good progress in my weight loss goal and don't want to lose steam now.

I would love to hear your thoughts.
