I'm going out to eat for lunch today and I'm having a veggie sandwich at a local deli. The veggie sandwich is made from roughly 1 1/2 cups of various mixed vegetables sauteed in garlic & olive oil sauce on whole wheat toast (thick sliced) with what appears to be about 1/3 cup of shredded mozzerella.

Log the toast as generic wheat bread of the approximate size, and try to guess how much oil and cheese they used and log those. Approximate the veggies to the best of your ability. If it's something you eat often (and it sounds delicious!) set it up as a personal recipe. If you think they toasted it with butter, make sure to add that as well.

I found out from the guy who runs the place that it has roughly 350 calories, although he is not sure of the macronutrient ratio. Ingredients used:

1 deli-thin slice of provolone cheese (not mozz as i originally thought)

2 slices of whole grain toast

    1 tbsp olive oil

1 cup mixed vegetables sauteed in said olive oil

2 slices tomato and about 1/4 cup of cold lettuce to top everything off.

this is of course not counting the seasonings.

Wow. That sounds like a pretty awesome sandwich. And now that you have the recipe the macros should be easy.

Extremely tasty sandwich. EXTREMELY. It's the only veggie/vegetarian sub/sandwich I've ever tried that I like.
