Strawberry Banana Soy Milk Breakfast Smoothie

Hey everyone!

So, I have never been much for cooking but now that I'm home and graduated from college I figured it's time to learn.

My first recipe I tried all on my own was a Strawberry Banana Soy Milk Breakfast Smoothie (I know very simplistic, don't judge me lol)! It is actually DELICIOUS and FILLING! I got the recipe from this amazing healthy recipe book called "Skinny ***** in the Kitch" written by the authors of "Skinny *****" (I love both these books so if you get the chance, get them!).

Recipe Using Fresh Fruit:

1 cup of sliced Strawberries
1 cup of sliced Banana
1 cup of Soy Milk
1/2 Cup of Ice Cubes

*Makes TWO glasses!

Calorie Count (Drinking BOTH glasses): 213
Calorie Breakdown:
Strawberries - 53 Calories
Banana - 90 Calories
Soy Milk (UNSWEETENED) - 70 Calories

I know it seems like a lot of calories but it is delicious and so filling!
