    Get that sorted out and come back to food logging when you're well.

    I wouldn't log but maybe in the notes you could just write that you were sick so that if you look back you would know why you didn't log. Feel better soon!

    No need to log when you're in such a state. If your body can't keep it down you'll get nowhere near your calorie limit anyway. Just drink lots of water and pedialyte.

    i did. mainly because not all of what you eat gets expelled. thought it was good to have a general idea of what was going in, even if most of it was going out.
