Exercises for Fat Thighs??

OK - seriously, how can I ditch these thunder thighs that INSIST on accompanying me everywhere I go??? Due to my thighs, I need a bigger pants size. If I wear my current size, I can barely move in them, let alone bend down! :blushing:

Is there something that will shrink my thighs to a reasonable proportion along with the rest of my body?? This is the first area to gain inches and the very last to lose!:cry:

Ugh ... frustrating!

I figured that some of you must have had success in this area and can possible share what has worked for you! :drinker: PLEASE!!!

    Youtube has some great thigh workouts. I like doing thigh lifts and pilates help a lot.

    Sorry, but you can't spot reduce! I feel your pain- I carry most of my weight in my thighs, hips, and butt, so I understand how frustrating it is, but you have to lose fat everywhere by being in a caloric deficit. You can strength train, however, to develop strong muscles underneath the fat(plus muscle burns calories at rest, whoohoo!), and when it comes off, you'll have nice looking legs!

    Sadly, it's impossible to spot reduce. Lots of cardio will burn fat all over, but I know for me my thighs/hips/butt is the last place I notice a change. I just started 30 Day Shred, and definitely am sore in my jiggly inner thighs which makes me optimistic. :) I've also seen that distance running can slim legs a little along with loads of other benefits.

    :happy: I know we can't spot reduce but it's nice to know that once the fat goes my legs will look great!

    Well, it's nice to know that I'm on the road to better legs!! Some days I'd just like to take a roll of duct tape to them!! :laugh:

    All in time I guess ... I certainly didn't wake up with them (although some days it feels that way)!! :noway:

    Here's to better thighs!! :drinker: May they find us faster than we expect! :wink:
