I can relate to this. I do much better having a solid lunch and dinner and just working and doing my thing during the other hours, than eating six meals a day. I personally just end up feeling more hungry trying to space out my calories over six small meal, than if I have 2 solid meals and sometimes breakfast.
Anyone else taking on this approach?

Great link! That was an excellent article.
I've been very interested in IF, and theoretically it should have a lot of benefits. However, I'm concerned about my performace at work if I fast in the morning. I could see myself getting sort of rude with people.0
