I had a gain this week of 1.5lbs, not bad considering all the "heavy" meals I had this weekend.0

Hey Canadians!! I know I have reached my goal, but I seem to be losing even more, so i'm still recording it. Weigh In today: 143.8 lbs. I'm not really doing anything special, but I think I am eating less b/c now I am home all day and doing house work. whatever works I guess.

Ok, back from vacation and happy to say that I didn't gain any weight while I was gone!!! I ate pretty well while we were gone, cheated a bit, but played lots of sports and really enjoyed myself. The weather was amazing which was a total shock because most of our summer it has rained. So to have 5 good days of sun was very exciting. Now to get back to reality. yuck, I like living in my own dream world called summer vacation.0

My weight stayed the same again, but im doing a low-carb challenge with my boyfriend this month, and trying to get to the gym more, so hopefully that will help......0

As much as I'd like to - I find that hard with the girls around. I barely get in a workout while they are asleep!

that sounds good to me jay_83......so, weighed myself this morning, and i know its not weigh in day yet....but i had to share my excitement because i finally lost another pound!!! ive been waiting for so many weeks....the plateau has finally gone!!! yay, now I am officially down 10 pounds total!:happy:0
