Just wondering how everyone eats their delicious oatmeal
I like to throw some scottish oats, ground flax, buckwheat groats, cinnamon and almond milk in a pot. Then I add mashed banana, strawberries and vanilla and usually top it off with almond butter and raw cacao nibs! Nom nom nom nom...

I usually throw in a teeny bit of butter and a teeny bit of sugar...it does wonders. Yum yum.
Or I throw in a scrambled egg.0 -
I've just recently started experimenting with overnight/refrigerator oatmeal, topped with blueberries and brown sugar and some walnut pieces. Yum.0

Honestly, I just buy the instant ones that are already flavored. I like the Quaker Lowe Sugar Maple and Brown Sugar.
When I make it for my daughter, I usually add some unsweetened applesauce and cinammon. Sometimes I'll add a bit of brown sugar and pure maple syrup.0 -

Me, too. Had my first batch this morning to replenish after my 14-mile bicycle commute. It's so much easier to make than I thought, and delicious. Mine had cocoa powder, peanut butter, and maple syrup (one tablespoon each). Fantastic!0 -
