Hello everyone,
Can someone direct me to a good website that will help me set up my HRM correctly. I have a FT7 model, and when I used it for the first time in a year it's giving me a calorie burn read of well over 1000 plus burn. I guess what I'm not understanding is the OZ setting or whatever that setting is called. Everything else is accurate that I entered so I'm guessing that is the issue.
Help please! :-)

I don't know what "OZ" setting is. I've had my FT7 for a long time so I'm trying to remember how I set it up initially. Did you go through and put all your information in, age, weight, etc?0
