YES!
Did I reach yesterday's personal goal?
Yes
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
Went on a 13mi bike ride and burned 700 calories!
What would I have done differently?
Not eaten so many chips and quac at dinner. I had the calories for it, but I didn't need to do that. It was homemade and just so yummy!
What is today's personal goals?
Stay within my calories, drink water, exercise

Nope, but today is a new day.

No, but back in the groove today.

Survived the mother of all migraines.
What would I have done differently?
Not tried to cure migraine with food when medication wasn't working.

Keep on track in my calories to lose those pounds and get my "incentive" gift certificate from my hubby.0 -

Recovered from chocolate binge.
What would I have done differently?
Not had a little ice cream but I had enough calories from exercise.

Avoid the junk food and no beer tonight at the after bike ride stop.
Despite the problems I lost 1/2 pound this week. For the next week, I want to stay on track the whole week and hopefully lose a whole pound! :happy:0 -

Not had all the snacks after dinner and not eaten bread & butter at the restaurant before lunch.
