Something interesting about the way I shop...

I went to do my monthly "big" grocery run last night (first Tuesday of the month - 15% off ) and really noticed a big change in the way I shopped...
I pretty much stuck to the perimeter of the store, save for a quick trip down the dairy aisle, and grabbing juiceboxes for the kiddos.
90% of what I buy now has to be stored in the fridge! That's a whole lot less processed crap going in my cart

I noticed I started doing that awhile back to. IT feels good to look in your cart and see all fresh foods! They say that's the way you should shop anyway. Keep up the good work!0

I notice that when I go to put food away! Most of the trips I make result in 90% of the food going in the fridge or freezer. And the main things that go in my pantry (well, really one shelf of my cabinet): old fashioned oats and bags of dried lentils and chickpeas. Oh and popcorn - have to have the popcorn!0
