Food Lover's Diet

Hey my co-worker just told me about the Food Lover's Diet. Has anyone tried it or ever heard of it? Let me know what you think because I would love to buy it, but it's a little expensive.

I'd never heard of it before I read your post. I didn't read the whole thing yet, but it looks like you can get a pretty good start on the plan without paying anything.
