Good Morning all, I am late at getting this posted. My 5 year old some how stuck a pitch fork into the heel of my 7 year old last night and now this morning the 7 yr was having trouble walking on it so it was a trip to the ER for antibotics. FUN!!!

So breakfast was kind of on the run but I did think before I left.

16 oz fat free cappuccino
banana
100 calorie pack of banana streusel muffins
100 calorie pack of cinnamon streusel coffee cakes

Now I am home again and need to get back at working at bookwork, tax appointment is Tuesday. YUCK!!:grumble:

    I'm so predictable - I basically have the same thing every morning..

    However today I mixed it up - instead of my usual multigrain English muffin with peanut butter, I actually had;

    are you ready?

    a multigrain English muffin with peanut butter and sliced bananas - shocking I know - oh, and my regular 3 cups of coffee

    I love this topic also. It is really fun to see what folks are doing..
