Hi Everyone,

I am pretty new to myfitnesspal and I would love to find some friends that can give motivation and also want to receive motivation!
I am from Richmond, VA. I am trying to eat better and would love to find ways to eat healthier not only to lose weight but also to just feel better and have more energy.

If anyone is looking for a friend or lives in the Richmond, VA area and needs a walking/workout partner let add me as friend! :-)
