Subway?

I'm going to lunch with a friend, and I told her subway is probably best.

The problem is I had bread (toast) with breakfast, so I would rather not have bread for lunch. I wanted a wrap, but doesn't it have nearly as much carbs as the wheat bread? I can't seem to find the info on it.

So, what is everyone's favorite subway salads? And the nutritional info for the salads.. does that include any veggies you want, just not cheese or dressing?
