The last couple of days I was recapping to myself all of the times in the passed I tried to diet. You know that feeling when you are all pumped up and ready for it. When the day comes you're doing great no issues. The next few days follow same thing. But I noticed one thing that always seemed to destroy some of the confidence a little.
When you let everyone else besides the people in your home know you are on a diet it can cause a weird hermit shell to form around you. Like a feeling of embarrassment . I can't be the only one out there that has felt like running and hiding when you let people know you are dieting. It's really hard to explain completely. I've come to realize that maybe the judgement of the encouragement from the public has assisted in my ability to stay motivated.

Don't call it a diet just say you're learning to make healthier food choices.0
