I'm going on a short break 3 nights in hotel with daily coach trips, have planned healthy packed lunch to take for first day, but any ideas how to not let it ruin my progress, its a very cheap deal so I'm guessing the food will be basic, any ideas?

    Just do your best and enjoy your holiday! Will there be much walking - just get some movement in and you can always get back on track when you get home. It's only 3 nights so don't stress too much! :smile: Have fun!
