Hello.
I would appreciate some help with setting my nutrition goals in 'settings'. I want to change the Carbs, Protein and Fat percentages. My daily calories is 1200. Right now the percentages are:
CARBS: 45% (135g)
PROTEIN: 30% (90g)
FAT: 25% (33g)
I have started to do more strength training, as well as continuing cardio on off days. My goal is to gain muscle definition.
I would really appreciate it if anyone can help me with these totals. I want to make sure I am getting the protein I need and not be too high in carbs and fat.
THANKS!!!!

I haven't actually changed the numbers myself, but I always try and go over my protein and under my carbs, and meet my fat. The first 2 or 3 weeks I did this, I was way under on my fat, and my body got mad, and stopped working the way a woman's body is supposed to work.
Hope this helps.0
