Cancer Research Run

Hello friends,

I will be embarking on my first ever run in less than a month's time. I have always been an aerobics/elliptical gal so this will be a challenge.

The other good thing about it is I will be raising money for Cancer Research UK in the strive to breakthrough new discoveries in beating cancer - it CAN be done. The money also aids those suffering and their families.

I lost all four grandparents to cancer before I was even 12 years old. It was horrific and I know each one of your lives has been or will be touched in some way by this common but deadly illness. Did you know that donating £20 will buy a range of essential equipment for labs to help scientific breakthroughs... if that accumulates to £40 it will provide a cancer medicine textbook for a Cancer Nurse to help them keep updated.

Please take a look - donate if you can, or if not please do share my fundraising page.

If you're from the UK and a taxpayer - also please check the Gift Aid box as it allows Cancer Research to make your donation go further without any extra expense to you.

Thank you so much!
