    - Sugar free fat free jello pudding + cool whip.
    - the fibre one 90 cal brownie bar


    Craving? Breaded fried chicken breast, the spicy kind from Popeye's.

    No cravings today, but when I want chocolate I eat a bowl of cocoa puffs! Cereal is awesome for sweet cravings, low in calories, and gives you dairy.

    I eat a square or 2 of dark chocolate everyday. They ghiradelli twilight is about 70 calories per square and it is super rich and chocolatey.
  • I carve dark choclate, normal Choclate, and cheese.

    I love putting a tbsp of peanut butter on a fiber one brownie and warming it up for a few seconds.
    It's a lil less than 200 calories and delicious!

    My favorite chocolate fix is probably a chocolate cherry milkshake.

    1/4 pkg fat free sugar free chocolate pudding mix
    1/2 c skim milk
    about 6 ice cubes
    1/2 c fresh cherries, pitted (you can switch this for 1/2c of any fruit you like, or half a banana)
    2 tbsp Greek yogurt (fat free is best, but any will do)
    1/2 tsp chia seeds (they're a great thickener!)
    1 packet stevia (optional, I go without)

    It makes a pretty big milkshake, creamy and satisfying thanks to the thick, high-protein yogurt, and only sets me back about 160 calories. I had one on Sunday without the chia seeds; you can check my food diary if you want nutrition specifics :-)

  • I'm with ya!! Chocolate is my weakness.. I know supposedly dark chocolate is good for you..I got one 98% dark chocolate bar at a healthy food store (Trader Joes) I cut it up in small pieces and put it in my freezer. If I have a huge craving, I take out a piece..that helps satisfy my chocolate craving. I figured if I deny myself completely, I'll never stick with it. The trick is to limit your pieces!

    I crave.................... ATTENTION!!

    Sorry just no real ONE food cravings at all. Just I want attention. (grin)
    Part of FEELING good because of looking good - I just used to be this "don't look at me- don't talk to me - don't take my picture I wish I was invisible" and now I just want to be seen and strike up conversations and hey snap a picture of me!!

    I don't ever want to wish I was invisible AGAIN!

    Those little pudding cups are usually around 100 cal per cup. That's what I usually eat to satisfy a pure chocolate craving. Or some 70% dark chocolate. I've also just discovered Special K protein bars (I live in Canada where these are not sold, so I stock up when I make a trip across the border). Filling AND satisfying.

    I usually crave straight up bad for you carbs. I could honestly sit and eat a whole loaf of white bread (with butter!!) every day. :(

    Unfortunately, chocolate cake with chocolate frosting probably isn't within my 200 calories zone... LOL
