I must CONFESS: I add workouts in the middle of the day even before I do them, because I cant stand to see my calories, sugars, and sodium rise throughtout the day. Workouts/ calories burned reduce the stats. ILately I have been logging things I would never normally log (i.e cleaning, sex, and walking). Im so ashamed. smdh.

Am I the only one guilty of logging and fitness "sins" ??? Please dont let it be just me :embarassed:

    I log cleaning, mowing the yard, anything "extra" I do that I dont do everyday. I dont log sex. And sometimes I will log it before I do it, it gives me the boost to make sure I get it done.

    I don't know about you, but sex is legit. After much research, I give myself 85 cals credit for each big "O" (actual research shows it is generally accepted to be 60 - 100 cals depending on the person!) :smokin:

    As far as cheating, I don't do it, not really. I have too many health issues I'm trying to control.

    And I do count grocery shopping (144 cals an hour). Man, if I am pushin' that d*mn buggy around for 2 hours I'm gettin' cred for it! :bigsmile:
