I am right there with you! Hoping to see some good advice here. The whole reason I'm back on MFP right now is that I scheduled time with a nutritionist next week, so I want to be able to show a baseline of what I have been eating. I'm hoping just knowing that someone else will be watching and judging my food intake will help curb me a bit... but we'll see!

The fact that you notice and are making this thread shows me that your motivated. Keep trying, and making an effort. Weight loss is not a cookie cutter process. There WILL be the occasional downs...or perhaps up's is better here, hahaha. Those occasional ups in weight will only help to keep you motived. They often will cause you to try harder. It's almost inhuman to be perfect with this process, don't shoot yourself down. I'm sure you're still at a lower weight and/or size now than you were when you started.

Keep at it, and it IS a good this that your acknowledging this now! Good luck in everything that you have ahead of you!! You seem very determined, and thats all you need! :)

You just need to figure out what is more important to you. Is it more imporatnt to eat over your calories or to lose weight. I have been doing this since January and I work my social events into my allowed calories. If I know I am going to eat more or drink alcohol, I work my butt off at the gym extra so I have the calories. Although I may have had a bad meal here or there that has caused me to go over, I can honestly say I have never considered myself to have fallen on the wagon.

First...don't panic!!! Most likely it's just water weight.
    Second...get back on the wagon!

I fall off all the time. Sometimes I fall off for a whole weekend! But I keep getting back up and start over. That's all you can do, forgive yourself...you probably deserved a break! Then get back up and keep going. Tomorrow is another day!
