feedback? 7 day workout routine

Hi everyone!
like many other people I get bored very quickly with my workout routines. I've started and stopped many different programs in order to start new ones but always find myself looking for something else. In order to keep myself interested I complied a 7 day workout routine of my favorite exercises ranging from p90x to 30 day shred to just running... I'm looking for feedback on whether I should include more of something while eliminating something else (such as more strength less cardio). I'm a 21 year old female with an already muscular build and am just looking to slim down (about 20 pounds) and be more lean! Any feed back or ideas would be greatly appreciated! and feel free to use this routine if you want and let me know how you like it! here it is...
Day 1 Jillian Michael 30day shed lv2 + treadmill (high incline walking for 30-40 minutes)
Day 2 Legs and back + ad ripper x (p90x)
Day 3 Treadmill (running 45 mins)
Day 4 Burn Fat Boost Metabolism (Jillian Michael cardio workout)
Day 5 Legs and Back + ab ripper (p90x)
Day 6 Plyometrics or Core synergistics (p90x)
Day 7 Rest or Treadmill (running 45 minutes)
Repeat from day one
Any suggestions?
