Hey FitnessPal friends,
Anyone familiar with the Heiden? It's a really intense 40-45 minute exercise routine, but not sure what the calories burned would be? We work out legs, chest, abs then shoulders - 30 seconds of 5-8 different exercises per body part; like a combination of circuit training and calisthenics- with only a brief rest (5-10 seconds) in between body parts - a great fat burning workout.
Any suggestions??

Hey!
I also do the Heiden and have taken it from a certified teacher. I asked him what he thought and he said his best guess was between 700-800 calories!0 -
