Creamy Choco Banana Smoothie - 215 Calories

Decided to splurge and have dessert tonight.

Here is the smoothie/milkshake I threw together:

Creamy Choco Banana Smoothie
1/2 Banana (peeled and frozen)
1/3 cup (75 g) Greek Yogurt - Plain (partially frozen)
1/4 cup (60ml) 2% milk
1 Tbsp (15 g) Instant Chocolate Pudding (dry powder)

Start by freezing the banana and yogurt at least 1 hour before preparing. If yogurt is frozen solid, remove it from freezer about 15 minutes before preparing.

Put the banana, yogurt, milk and pudding powder into the blender.

Blend on high for 30-60 seconds.

Calories: 215 Carbs: 34 Fat: 9 Protein: 5 Fiber: 2 Sodium: 34

P.S. I got the idea for using the pudding powder from reading this forum
