Shoulder Pains ;[

About 10 weeks ago, I was doing deadlifts with heavy weight. At the end of my last set, I noticed I had let my shoulders slide forward instead of keeping my chest pushed forward. Bad mistake.
About a week later, the pain in my shoulder was so sharp and intense I could barely sit at my desk and work.
I began a regiment of ibuprofien and ice, and I rested the shoulder for a good 6 weeks. After the initial 6 weeks, lifting weights kind of irritated the shoulder, but not too bad.
Now it is 10 weeks later. During normal activities there is no noticeble discomfort whatsoever. I am a former collegiate tennis player and I have had my share of injuries. I had a slight rotator cuff injury once but it healed in under 2 months. I hit 1 backhand yesterday, and my shoulder absolutely wreathed in pain.
I have no health insurance, i take ibuprofien, i ice it, i warm up my shoulder before exercises (lifting with moderate weight at the moment is not uncomfortable as long as the exercises are not lifting anything above head level)
Now it is the beginning of summer... time for tennis tournaments and I cant even hit my best shot!
Anyone have any ideas for trying to get this injury healed and ready to go?!
