It hasn't just been swimming I also quit drinking and since January I cut out all sweets. Other than that I eat what ever I want at meals but I usually choose healthy foods and if I am hungery between meals then I only eat raw fruits and veggies.0

Congratulations to you!!! You can see your notable change. I too get up early to workout at 5 am so I completely understand your pain. Boy that means you have to be up by 3ish or so...yikes-you're tough!!!!0
