I am 58 years old and have been told I should have 1500 mgs of calcium. Everything is stated in terms of percentage of RDA. For example, my yoghurt says 200% for calcium. How many mgs is that?

According to my vitamins 500 mg is 50% of the RDA for a 2000 calorie diet.0

Thanks! I guess I should set my calcium goal to 150% then, so that I get about 1500 mgs.0
