    I am sure it was not easy looking at your before pics when you started, but Wow!....the after pics should make you smile really big! and then with another 20 lbs and toning.....will be even more amazing!

    In 10 months losing 100+ lbs is not easy.....and would love to hear your tips on staying on track and staying motivated to keep an average of 10 lbs loss per month....would just love that!

    congrats! and just remember where you've been and where you don't want to be again (speaking from experience)....make it the last "first" time you lose weight! bravo!
